Shipping Policy

Cartelza ships orders with the goal of providing reliable and straightforward delivery to our customers.

Our standard shipping rate is $8.00. Orders with a qualifying subtotal of $48.00 or more are eligible for free standard shipping.

Estimated delivery time is generally 7–20 business days. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

After an order has been prepared for shipment, tracking information may be provided by email when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us promptly at support@cartelza.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping process.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and contact the carrier. You may also contact us so we can assist with available shipment information.

Shipping fees and delivery estimates may be updated from time to time based on carrier costs and service availability.
